Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable)
Due to us offering custom made clothing, we do not accept returns. However we do accept refunds as long as the product you received came damaged (with proof) or if you did not receive a product at all (highly unlikely) We do check with our merchants for verification, so if it shows shipped on our end unfortunately we won’t be able to allow a refund.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by email.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days (usually 3-7)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
